In the nose of this Sauvignon Blanc Zieregg Large-STK-position of the Winery Tement shows an attractive yellow tropical fruit, delicately faded by orange zest. Unbelievably mineral, fine nuances of flower honey and limes. The pleasure goes on the palate with an incredible materiality, minerality and subtlety. Due to the 18-month fine yeast cultivation, this ziergg is already a little drunk, but we recommend a bottle ripening of at least 4 to 5 years to express the typical "Zieregg" aromas.
