Tasting Notes: 
The 2015 Urban Uco Chardonnay were pressed directly in full clusters and the juice was put to ferment in stainless steel vats with selected yeasts. The oaking is very subtle, and the profile is austere and nicely balanced. The nose is full of green apple, lemon, peach blossom, pineapple, lychee and a good natural acidity. The palate has both freshness and volume. A nice, easy-to-drink Chardonnay. Impressive for the price.
