The name originates from the first part of the book Moses. TOHUWABOHU describes the maximum degree of chaos which deserves the control the hands of a god. TOHUWABOHU is a true homage to Markus Schneider’s son Nikolaus, who not only puts everything upside down, but also sorts out everything in a new way afterwards. Almost purely made from Cabernet Sauvignon with a small touch of Merlot and grown just a stone throw away from the Estate on gravel-sandy soils. Lots of TOHUWABOHU, but nor easy drinking!
