Always a beautiful wine, Chateau d'Aqueria's 2014 Tavel is made from a blend of Grenache, Clairette, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvedre, Bourboulenc and Piquepoul (that's about all of them). It offers up hints of salty minerality as well as ripe raspberries, sweet cherries and flowers on the nose. These flow beautifully to a medium+-bodied, textured, balanced and elegant rosé that has integrated acidity and a clean finish. Enjoy this classic Tavel over the coming year or two.”
