Grape Varieties: Chardonnay

This fabulous organic Chardonnay is a blend of vines from around the house planted in 1945.It has a fragrant bouquet with light honeysuckle and acacia that unfolds in the glass. The palate is nicely balanced with a spicy, lemongrass opening that zings about the mouth. This is a lively, ebullient Pouilly-Fuissé, but that makes it all the more exciting. Excellent.
