Grape Varieties: Riesling and Sylvaner

Handpicked selected Riesling , Sylvaner grapes have been dried until they reached 150 Oechsle (the scale used in Switzerland and Germany for determining ripeness, in natural potential alcohol terms). The result is ORO DOLCE, the "Swiss Sauterne". It bursts a bouquet of remarkable complexity, an aroma of ripe fruit and preserves (apricot and pear) and hints of ripe banana. It's sweet, but remains clean on the finish.
