This organic wine is a blend of 2 local Greek grape varieties. It’s mainly made from Asyrtico which gives this wine a crisp zesty and fruity character with mineral notes. The addition of a small percentage of Athiri gives the wine a nice aromatic lift and a very good balance. It is a wine that gives you the Greek summer mood and fits very well to Mediterranean appetizers and fish.
