The 2015 Nosiola Fontanasanta is a thick and slightly oxidized white wine with rich layers of apricot, summer peach and vanilla bean. The mouthfeel is heavy and glycerin-imbedded. These are qualities that come directly from the grape at hand and the aging in amphorae. Peach cobbler and apple pie come to attention. The wine is thick and richly layered.
