A youthful vibe of green apple and lime along with some delicate red fruit freshens the aroma which is nicely pointed and lively, complex layers of lightly toasted brioche from lees ageing comes forward from the back; nervy energy on the front palate due its crisp acid structure, layers of fine citrus characters, some red berry fruit as well as yeasty elements are present in the mouth, the purity of the fruit is consistent on the mid-palate and the finesse of the mousse gives the body of the wine enough elegance and structure. Dense and persistent finish.
