Region: Uco Valley
The 2013 B Crux Sauvignon Blanc is produced from Uco grapes fermented in stainless steel. The grapes are cold macerated in the press and aged in contact with their lees with battonage. It has serious aromas, yeasty notes, and subtle herbaceous hints. The palate is fuller, round, with very balanced acidity.
