The Saphir Cuvée is a "High-Resolution" Saumur Brut. The grapes for the Bouvet Saphir method champenoise are Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. Pale gold with amber tints, crystal-clear fine bubbles. Full-bodied with long lasting aromas of white flowers, peach, acacia, honey, and hazelnut. Balanced and Fresh style.
